Day 1 : Merzouga Camel Trek - Sunset & SandBoarding - Night in a Desert Camp

Our 3 Nights camel ride in Merzouga starts, After meeting you in the Merzouga desert. We will escort you where our Camels caravan departs You will begin your camel trekking excursion. Appx 1H30Min To get to the Sahara desert camp. During our Camel trek Safari, you will take a break in the middle of the dunes to watch the sunset. And experience the sandboarding activity if you’re interested in it. Take pictures and enjoy the scenery.  After the sun goes down your Merzouga Camel Safari continues to the camp where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea. You will enjoy Berber music, Campfire, starry sky, Dinner, and Overnight Glamping at the Camp under a nomadic Sahara camp in the middle of Merzouga dunes. 

Day 2 :Desert Camp - Camel trek - Visit Nomads - Overnight camping with nomads

We recommend waking up early to see the sunrise, it looks quite magical over the dunes! After eating breakfast we’ll trek for a couple of hours towards our next destination, stopping off on the way for some lunch in the shade of a large desert tree. The second night will be spent at a nomadic Berber tent of a Berber Nomad family, eating traditional food and giving you a great chance to spend an evening with some locals and understand the Moroccan way of living… Enjoy an authentic Sahara desert trip.

Day 3 : Camel trek - Black desert - back to the Camp

After breakfast with a Nomad Family, we will ride the camels to the camp, we will visit an oasis into the dunes and we walk back to the camp after the sunset, dinner, and overnight in Nomad tents. During this day you will have time to take one of our Merzouga activities: 4WD Quad biking, Buggy Adventure, Moto KTM tour, … and much more. 

Day 4 : Camel rides - Back to Merzouga

On the last day during our 3 Nights Merzouga camel trek in the morning, After sunrise, we will ride the camels pr 4WD (depends on your choices) back to Merzouga village. Where our Three nights camel trek experience ends.

What do I need to pack for visiting the Sahara Desert?

There are some essentials you can’t forget to pack when embarking on your desert adventure. These include:

  • A windbreaker or light jacket to survive the cooler nights;
  • Comfortable jeans or other pants to make sure your legs are protected from the camel’s rough fur.
  • Appropriate shoes (sneakers, hiking boots, or sports sandals).
  • A headscarf or hat to block the sun and dust.
