Around 8:00 Am Sahara desert Excursions, Driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel in Casablanca. Then, Begin our 5 days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. The first stop will be in Hassan II Mosque. Then, travel to the capital city of Morocco “Rabat“, where you will have free time to discover the Hassan Tower, Rabat palace, Atlantic Ocean, and the Kasbah of Oudayas. After we will travel to “Meknes” you will have time to see Lahdim Square, Bab Mansour, Moulay Ismail Greenery. After that, heading to the other Imperial City of Morocco; the spiritual city of Morocco, where you will have an overnight stay in an authentic Riad. 

After breakfast, you will explore Fez on a Guided day tour, the cultural capital which is one of the most complete medieval Islamic cities in the world. Entering through Bab Ftouh, discover the Andalusian district, and admire the exterior of its mosque. Make your way through the tanning, dye working, and copper working neighborhoods to the place Seffarine. Then, to the University of Al-Karaouine which houses Africa’s oldest mosque. Pause in front of the mausoleum of the man who founded Fes, Idris I. Visit the place Nejjarine and admire its famous fountain. Finally, explore the beautiful Nejjarine Museum of Wood Arts and Crafts.

In the afternoon, continue your visit of the medina stopping in front of the « blue gate » of Fes, Bab Boujouloud: optional visit of the Attarine Medersa. Tour the city ramparts and pause at borj Norj for a splendid medina view. Discover the ancient Jewish quarter and the outside of the Royal Palace. Next: the pottery district. Then, at the city’s outskirts, stop at an artisanal complex before ending the tour and returning to your Riad.

The 3rd day during our 5 Days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech  begins after breakfast in your hotel or riad. Then, drive to the fascinating Sahara desert Morocco.

We will pass through the middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop will be in “Ifrane city“, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”. There you will enjoy the stunning views & Forest of the city. Later, We will have a stop in “Azrou” to watch the monkeys in the cedar forest (Barbary Macaque). We will have time to take pictures with monkeys on the road.

Our Private 5-day desert trip Casablanca to Merzouga Continuous to “Midelt” city for a lunch in a local restaurant (Optional).  Afterward, we will head toward the Sahara desert, we will pass through “Tizi n’Talghamt” to reach “Errachidia” city while admiring the views of Ziz gorges.

5 days desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech via Merzouga desert

We will have a visit to a local fossils craft workshop. Before Sunset for three Hours, we will arrive in the Sahara desert. Where you will enjoy a lifetime Experience. Starting with riding camels into Erg Chebbi sand dunes in order to reach our Merzouga Sahara luxury camp. The camel rides Adventure takes approximately 2H with a break on top of the dune to enjoy the thrilling views of the sunset, experience the sandboarding (Optional).

Enjoy the views, take memorable pictures.  Following this, you’ll continue to the camp where you’ll be welcomed with a glass of min tea and relax until dinner time. After dinner there’s you will relish traditional Berber drumming music, enjoy the starry sky, Shooting stars, campfires, Exchange cultures & Histories with nomads. Then sleep in a private nomadic desert tent.

The following day, on our 5 days Casablanca to Marrakech itinerary. You will wake up early to appreciate a breathtaking sunrise over Merzouga erg Chebbi. After breakfast & shower in the desert camp, we take you back to Merzouga Village, either back by camel trek tour or 4WD (as you wish).

Then, we will drive to Rissani, we will visit a museum of fossils and have a walk in the traditional Market. Subsequently, Our 5 days desert trip from Casablanca goes on through many Berber & Arabic villages, Mellab, Tinjdad, Jourf and this last one know for the wells of an old system of irrigation. We will have a stop there to visit this attraction. The lunch will be in Mellab or Tinjdad (Optional). 

The next Attraction will be at Todra valley and the canyons of Todra gorges, which are about 300m in height. Also, the power of water could make its own way across the rocks. This Gorge is known for climbing and hiking. Finally, we will drive to Dades Gorge, where we will spend an overnight stay in a Riad.

On The last day of our 5 days Casablanca to Sahara desert tour, We will have breakfast in breathtaking views of Dades gorge. Then continue our trip to Marrakech across Roses valley & Skoura Oasis palm groves.

The next stop will be in Ouarzazate, where we will have a small visit to the Kasbah of Taourirt and after 27 km of the road, we will reach Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It has been used as a backdrop for shooting numerous Hollywood Movies including “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Gladiator”, “Kingdom of Heaven”, “Prince of Persia” and much more… The Kasbahs (fortresses) reflect the Exotic Moroccan architecture & cultures.

After exploring the kasbah, we will continue a little further on High Atlas Mountains through the “Tichka pass” which will lead us to the Marrakech, where our Exotic 5 Days Private Morocco Trip ends.
