Around 8:00 AM Sahara desert excursions driver/guide will pick you up from the port/hotel. Then continue to Asillah where we will have free time to explore the stunning views & the ancient architecture of its medina. on the 2nd day during our 7 Days tour from Tangier to Marrakech, We will Visit the highlights of Rabat city: Royal Palace and a visit to the Mausoleums of Mohammad V and Hassan II, two rulers who worked hand-in-hand with the Jewish community. After that, continue to Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains. We will arrive at Chefchaouen in the afternoon; you will have free time to visit this beautiful town, overnight in your riad enjoying Rif Mountains. 

After a tasty breakfast in the riad, our 7 days desert tour from Tangier continues towards Volubilis crossing via Ouazan and other Rif villages. In Volubilis, we will discover the Roman ruins and learn about Moroccan history. Then we will drive to Meknes city (the 17th-century heritage) where we will stop for lunch, discover the medina’s historical walls, bab el Mansour, and enjoy a visit to Moulay Ismail Greenery. Later in the afternoon, we head to Fes city where you will spend an overnight stay. 

Today, you will Explore the cultural city of Morocco during this full-day trip to Fes. Also known as Fes el Bali, this UNESCO World Heritage Site was founded in the 9th century, and is home to the world’s oldest university. The city of Fes reached its true economic and cultural height in the 13th-14th centuries under the Merinids when it replaced Marrakech as the capital of the kingdom. Although the political capital of Morocco was transferred to Rabat in 1919. Fes has retained its status as the country’s Artisan center. Artisan workshops in the medina are as active today as they were 100 years ago and strongly contribute to the city’s industrial economy. Trades such as blacksmithing, leatherworking, ceramics, silk, tapestries, and sculpting are still practiced in these workshops today. The original ramparts still protect this ancient city and its estimated 9000 narrow passageways and bustling streets.

On The 5th day, our 7 days desert tour from Tangier to Marrakech goes on towards the middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the day will be spent touring your way via the beautiful forests of Cedar, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to go down toward the Moroccan Sahara desert. You’ll have lunch along the road. We will have a stop in Midelt which is well known for its fossils and rocks. It has been used as a backdrop for shooting numerous Hollywood Movies including “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Gladiator”, “Kingdom of Heaven”, “Prince of Persia” and much more… The Kasbahs (fortresses) reflect the Exotic Moroccan architecture & cultures.

After exploring the kasbah, we will continue a little further on High Atlas Mountains through the “Tichka pass” which will lead us to the Marrakech where our 7 days desert tour from Tangier to Marrakech ends.
